The issues regarding my foundation were troubling, but Travis’s expertise and ability to find solutions, and then take the time to explain it all, helped ease my worries. The installation of basement braces went off without a hitch. Travis and his crew were a pleasure have in my home, and they were polite, tidy and did excellent job. I have never been so relieved to hear from a foundation expert as I was today. Not only did Dale come to our house on short notice but he was even willing to come on a holiday. He was super polite, easy to talk to and very honest. My husband and I just purchased an older home less than a year ago and have recently gutted the basement to redo it. We noticed a fair amount of moisture damage to the framing along 3 of the 4 exterior walls and were concerned we’d have to waterproof the exterior of our house. Dale provided us with a lot of info, options (along with prices) and names of other professionals that might be able to help without costing us a fortune. I’ve never met a professional with more integrity. Although we haven’t had any work done through AAA (yet), I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know.
